It's newly remodelled hotel with superfriendly staff at all times. Unbeatable and best possible location down a reasonable slope to the sea, you can walk everywhere.

The hotel is so relaxing, the staff is welcoming.

Fairly clean hotel in a very very good building just off beach and town center, the restaurant and the beach and Bournemouth town centre. Tidy units with safe, a triple bedroom, as example, superfriendly employees. Variety of food available in the restaurant. The most important - stunning location in gallery. Such a perfect 10/10 stay by one night.

Location of the hotel is very good, being literally a stones throw from the beach!

One night stay - On arrival I was allocated a double room for single occupancy - room was clean and well appointed, looked like it had recently been refurbished. Good sized car park. Breakfast room well laid out with friendly and efficient staff. Cooked breakfast of good quality.

Checking in felt rushed, went through the motions with paperwork and keys - Initial welcome could have been improved. No other issues though.

Friendly staff and good location for bus and close to the beach and pier for boat trips

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool, sauna and steam room although small were all fantastic for a relax. The car park was large enough and it was no trouble to find a space.

For the price, the room was not as luxurious as I expected. That said everything was clean and the location was perfect.

Nice to have a pool available although it was ver small (6 m).

Having to book 3 hours before the restaurant opens in order to eat there. The ealieat breakfast time was 7:45 - not good for business travellers.

Close location to town although it's up a short hill. An older crowd was there so no stag / hen parties, very good breakfast, very quick to take dirty plates, maybe too quick.

Comfortable and very quiet with a reasoanble breakfast. Seemed good value for money. Almost full despite being early March. Nice swimming pool in basement.

Initially shown a double room when a twin bedded one was booked, as the details weren't sent through by Booked.net. Quickly rectified.

The hotel is convenient for Bournemouth centre. The check-in and check-out were efficient and we received a warm welcome. The lift from the second floor to the pool/gym area was useful. Breakfast was of good quality and served without delay.

The room was stuffy and had a couple of things needing maintenance - a broken drawer handle and a loose electric socket. There was a problem at breakfast with our table not being available (twice).

Recommend it for families

Had a great weekend with the family at a hotel where the breakfast was full of options, fresh fruit juices and all that jazz. And the staff, they were helpful, helped us plan our days around the place.

It wasn't exactly cheap but for the experience we had, I can accept it.

Made to feel very welcome. Wonderful breakfast. Room clean.

Very noisy at night with people walking past at all hours. Traffic noise. Windows had been insulated, however very hot in the room so had to have them open.
